It is the responsibility of each employee at TAM to ensure that the organization is in full compliance with this policy. Any employee who violates TAM’s harassment policies will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

Sexual harassment includes sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other physical, verbal, or visual behavior when submission to the conduct is an explicit or implicit term of employment, submission to or rejection of the conduct is used as the basis for employment decisions, or when such conduct has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with an individual’s work performance or of creating an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment.
