Not many people are aware what happens to the illegal immigrants after they enter the country. The government can cut down on illegal human smuggling by making it easier to come to America through legal services to immigrants, job assistances, and using the media to bring it to the public.
One way to cut down on immigrants entering the country is through legal services. Not many immigrants can afford legal service so they come illegally. To decrease the amount of immigrants who are coming over here illegally, then suggesting free legal service would be helpful. For example, I found on the web AFSCME offer free 30 minute legal consultation for immigrants. Immigrants who are seeking benefits and visas to stay in the country they will need a lawyer to review their documents or to obtain specific documents.
