Introduction For the environmental and organizational assessment I will be researching the May Institute/Behavioral Health Services, specifically the May Counseling @ Hyland Clinic in Fall River, MA. The Hyland Clinic has more than twenty therapists with specialties in many areas including: couples issues, substance abuse, schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), depression, anxiety, eating disorders, bereavement and grief, autism spectrum disorder, trauma, attachment and adoption specific issues, and early childhood mental health. For the purpose of this paper I will be interviewing an MSW who works with children with mental health concerns.
Community: Fall River Fall River is located in Bristol County and lies on the east coast of Massachusetts, along the Mount Hope Bay. Fall River is a mid-sized city and totals about 40.2 square miles. Fall River got its name from the Quequechan River, which flows underneath the city and drops steeply into the bay. Fall River is known for Lizzie Borden, the cotton textile industry, and Battleship Cove, which houses the world's largest collection of World War II naval vessels.

She received her MSW from Simmon’s and is an LICSW. She currently works with school aged children with mood disorders, oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
