I thought that there was no way that I could do this three times a week for six weeks. I was not very motivated until my best friend insured me that I could do it. It was then that I told my self that I really could do this. The next time that I went to the gym I was almost looking forward to my cardio exercise after my workout. After the first week I was completely motivated and ready to stick with this behavior change.

With this in mind, I dedicated several hours at the gym for a few weeks. I was discouraged to discover that my results did not improve and felt that my efforts were wasted. But I did not quit. I worked unbelievably hard on my craft, corrected my techniques, and pushed myself both physically and mentally. Over the course of the next few months, I saw improvement and lifted more than I had the week before.
In the past, I was not exercising until few years ago and I became very ill and overweight. My doctor and a personal trainer suggested that I start doing some type of form of exercise at least for 30 minutes 3-4 times each week. Instantly, I began to notice that I felt a lot better and had more energy to do my daily tasks and was able to believe in myself more. When given a deadline, high school and college students share a common trait, they procrastinate. Although college and high school students are notorious for procrastinating on their school work, adults are also procrastinators.
