Issac is a healthy 3 year old child who is currently in a foster placement. Issac is medically up to date and is in good health. Issac did receive early intervention for speech and physical therapy until his 3rd birthday in March 2017. Issac has done well with limits at the foster placement and responds well to structure and affection.
