In the past four years, customer satisfaction and quality are the first priorities for our business. We are always committed to providing customers with high quality products, reasonable prices and excellent after-sales service. Since the establishment of the company in 2018, our company has spent a lot of time and money to improve the quality of our products. Through continuous efforts, the company ensures the best product quality. In 2020, customer order reached 171332 smartphones, and customer orders tend to increase each year, which means that the satisfaction of customers with our products tend to increase. Staring from 2018, IDLE constantly choose suppliers that comply with the principles related to human rights, labor conditions and environmental protection. We have carefully selected the suppliers and G1 countries because these suppliers achieve high ranks in the Environmental Performance Index 2016 and perform well in the Better Life Index. On the other hand, we will not use suppliers from G2, G3 and G4 countries because these countries are involved in the abuse of human rights as they use child labors and forced labors (IDLE Players Guide).
