Holiday Inn, Days Inn, Seven-eleven, Shell gas station, and Pizza Hut are some of the commonly owned businesses by Asian Indian Gujarati entrepreneurs. The diaspora of the Gujarati people into the United States has not only increased the population, but also increased the economy value as well after the Immigration act of 1965 also known as Hart-Celler Act. Although the Hart-Celler act of 1965 brought many type negative types of immigrants such as criminals, mentally unstable, rapist, and corrupt politicians; nevertheless it also brought in highly skilled immigrants such as business entrepreneurs, doctors, and scientist. In 1970 twenty thousand doctors were out of work in India. Therefore they migrated into the United States to find a better living standard and an opportunity to grow in their respective field. Doctors that earn many of the credentials in India have to often renew or transfer their credentials in the United States due to the board of medicine. Doctor Arvind Metha is neurologist in Long Beach, California he also migrated from Bardoli, India to the United States have a better living in 1966. Even though he passed all his medical exams he still did not find a proper matching job towards his credentials in India. He came to United States in 1966 under a student visa where he renewed his medical credentials and later became a board of director at Pacific Hospital in Long Beach, CA Doctor Dalubhai Patel was a cardiologist that met Doctor Metha during their second year in medical school in Ahmedabad, India. Doctor Dalubhai Patel struggled a lot when migrating to the United States in 1969 due to his lack of understanding of English. When he came he had to attend universities in the United States again to renew and transfer all his medical credentials that he earned in India. This set him back a couple years but being determined Dalubhai not only renewed his medical credentials,
