Fathers are leaders once you head the family. And leaders are individuals who affect the thoughts, feelings and behaviour of significant number of individuals. You must be an educator, bridging the gap between your vision and the children. You must be able to walk the talk and be a great example to your children.
Let me use this opportunity to classified fathers into 4 groups namely:
 Filtering Fathers
 Failing Fathers
 Fixed Fathers
 Forceful Fathers
Filtering Fathers:
These are the ones who are organized with efficient system for recording and reviewing progress of their life and children. They serve, and are actively involved in their own development and the children, providing opportunities for other siblings, work together but create

On the surface people see this father as potentially high levelled father who believes in transformation and change. They are not easy to convince or undermine their intelligence. They initiate, and combine innovation to create something new that is profitable and sustainable. Few fathers like this succeed and make the most out of their children and family, but majority tend to fail in their quest for power and material wealth
In a nutshell, I would like to encourage fathers as you find yourselves in these groups to learn specific knowledge and habits related to true fatherhood skills. As a father, you need to understand the history, values and beliefs of managing children. Express high expectation of, confidence in, and respect for fathers served in any capacity. Fathers should be involved in the upbringing of their children with mentors, positive role models and other nurturing

I am progressively working towards the independence of my other siblings so they can lead the affairss of their own destiny. Independence does not necessarily mean freedom but emancipation from mental slavery is. I will be there to serve as the beacon of hope and motivation to them as well. Praying for them everyday and working towards excellence is my utmost fate. Through the boldness of my Mum, nothing surprises me in life anymore. I live to learn from my past. For it is the best classroom ever. Every single night, brings in a new day. Be strong and progress in your darker moment and progressively you will be welcome to the glory of your new day. There is no single day without an eveing or night. In your hardtimes see light at the end of the tunnel. I am not a surviving man, but a living man. For the grace is living grace and not surviving grace. The children of God should be living, not surviving. For we serve a living God, not surviving God. The future is great but I live to the greatness of it and leave no day unalert. I don't get to be surprise at all in life. For life is full of unexpected things. I keep on doing my things and life is full of surprises. Prepare for it as you journey forth to conquer your fears. God bless you Mama, and to all my other siblings.
