Flexible work schedule is important to employee choosing a job especially is women or men who are already have a family. Flexible work schedule in simply definition is employee can now change their schedules according to time work a shift other than a regular day time shift. Employee also can set their own working hours. Flexible work schedule is work schedule outside of normal working where is the employee can follow the set time that works for 9 hours a day from the beginning to the end of working hours for example from 8 am to 5 pm or 9 pm to 6 am, including breaks. Employees will work for 5 days in a week, is 40 hours. It is traditional full-time schedule according to Avery & Zabel ,2001). In year 1980 occur where economic downturn a largest cereal company namely kellog should cut down total workers and interest cost, Kellogg need to end hour schedule 6 hour. A flexible work schedule will dependant to employee effort to cover all aspects of the job and all hours of a day during makes a product or service in job or business. Taken by, Thomas.W.H.
