Management Organisational Behaviour is an important approach as to how people communicate within groups. “Management of a business, industry, or economy, according to principles of efficiency derived from experiments in methods of work and production, especially from time-and-motion studies.”(Oxford Dictionary of English). This helps to create a more economical environment in the business organisations and also to apply scientific approach into the study of Management Organisational Behaviour, which was created by Frederick Winslow Taylor. His introduction to scientific management has improved the engineering industry especially by boosting productivity by enhancing the efficiencies and effectiveness of business operations.
