Have you ever been one of the kids that just didn 't understand something no matter what the teacher said? If not, let me ask you this. Have you ever quickly got something, but other classmates were being soooo sloooow in learning it? You should see if your school has student tracking. Student Tracking splits students up based on their understanding of the subject. Schools should have student tracking because advanced students ' improve greatly on tests, more growth is achieved every year when students are put with other students that are on the same learning level, it also helps students with a 12-year trajectory. Schools should have student tracking because advanced students test scores improve greatly. According to NEA, advanced students get college prep classes. Imagine, if you could get them even more ahead. Why wouldn 't you? Schools that use the tracking system and the advanced student 's scores go up they get to take college prep classes instead of votech. Now since I am in middle school, I have never had an experience with that, but if I could take a college prep class I would jump at the opertunity. That is pretty amazing. Because you are tested to see what class you get into, they can then use those scores for a trajectory. When someone shows me about what my learning level I love to try and go above and beyond to beat my previous scores. I am very competitive so when I got my N.W.E.A. scores and I saw there they though I would be at, the first thing I thought of is, how can I surpass this score?
