The Importance Of Air Transportation In these days, people discuss why transportation is important for humanity. Researchers have several articles about this topic. Some researchers believe that, people has ability to fly ever since they were born. This is an instinctive state belongs to them.On average, every day more than 8 million people fly. The airline companies had 3.1 billion passengers in 2013 (Iata, 2013). The first time of humanity, people were nomadic and then they switched to sedentary life. The invention of wheel is very important for transportation. The people could not carry large loads at the same time because camels and horses had to limited load for carried. Therefore, people began to make new transportation vehicles in 18th and 19th century. With the industrial revolution the first steam engine made by engineers. In this way people made trains, people made cars but it is not enough for humanity because people wants to rapid transportation. People wanted to fly like a bird since the past. Thus, people believed to make quick transport. The people made many flight trials. Some flight trials were successful and some flight trials were failed. In this paper, advantages and disadvantages of air transportation will be discussed . The three main advantages will be examined. The first advantage is air transportation is comfort.
