Congress plays a huge part in our government. Congress is the voice of the people in our government and without Congress the society would not have any power. Society can to voice opinions and concerns through Congress. Society are the one who vote representatives in Congress. Society take for granted the power of Congress and how much they have to do with the laws that come out of our government. Many people do not think about how they could help the issue or play a powerful role. However, society can help by knowing about the candidate in which they will be voting into Congress; by making sure that they will play a positive role in the government for which the people will benefit. There is the House of Representatives and Senate. Both play a key role in performing the job of Congress. They both deal with different roles and rules. The house of representative’s main intent was to reflect and to consider the average person concerning issues. The seats in the house are up for election every two years, due to this the representatives do their best to stay in touch with their voters. The senate’s main role was to intend to have a more in-depth look at issues that were reviewed in the house to take some possible action and needed ideas. The house is like the filter for congress and they pick out the few that are good and send them over to the senate to continue with the process of a possible creation of a new law. 3615: Vaccine Safety Study Act: This bill is designed to have the Secretary of Health and Human Services to perform or fund a research study of health outcomes of the vaccinated population. This includes the risk of Autism in the vaccinated population. This bill’s goal is to find out whether the increase in vaccination immunities given to children is linked to the large increase in Autism. This is to protect our youth from these issues and to provide the best chance of success and help push for a strong future generation. H.R. 4004: To amend the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act to require employees of the White House to enroll in Obamacare, and for other purposes. The purpose of this bill is to change the wording of the original bill. This will now require all employees of the white house to enroll in Obamacare if the bill is passed, instead of just congressional staff.
