In professor Chen Jianxiang’s report, 87 percent of Chinese parents don’t know how to teach their descendants and worry about the family education. He said we should alert the extra-education and education alienation (Jianxiang 2). Another circulated slang also said that parents should take responsibility for children’s mistake. These show that in modern society, there are still some problems in parents’ group. These problems may be lack of communication, trust, and even more, exist family violence. The mistake of home education and parents’ wrong demonstration will cause mountains of problems and have negative impact on their offspring. He taught Scout not to be trapped by sexual stereotype. In the novel, after Aunt Alexandra asked Scout to wear dress and act like a girl and sunbeam, Atticus said there were enough sunbeams in the family and didn’t mind Scout much the way she was (Lee 127).
