“In A Galaxy Far, Far Away…” Hero’s never appear to the world freshly born without any obstacles or reason. In order for a hero to be born there has to be a dark background, a troubling event that may roll a character into who they may become. Similar to a hero there’s a warrior and that is my archetype, filled with justice, loyalty and bravery. Very close to the descriptions is Ahsoka Tano, a Trogruta from the many series Star Wars. Although Ahsoka sounds like every ordinary Jedi there came times in her life where her shadow gained the best of her due to her personality. For example being, aggressive, snippy and if needed to, terminating her enemy; an act I could never do. Together, Ahsoka and I carry the characteristics of compassion and hope. In a different world and time, Ahsoka has proved to be my perfect archetype, soaring through the petrifying trials of our greatest perturbations, achieving nothing but success. …show more content…
We try our best to mask the dark side but at times it’s impossible, it is equally as strong at the other side. Without light there can’t be dark, such as, Ahsoka always carrying her snippy attitude. No matter the times she would cease to act impatient or open minded the aggressive side of her always overcame. This side of her is then drawn by other characters such as her master, Anakin Skywalker, who “was known to be very aggressive like her master, willing to use terror or threats to get the answers she wanted”. (Star Wars Rebels, Ahsoka). In some ways I can agree in that train of thought, but, I see my shadow different.
