Since 1956 North Korea has been learning about nuclear weapons. Already 2018 and North Korea supposedly knows how to make a fusion type hydrogen bomb which we know that it could yield 100 kilotons or more. We know this because in text #3, “There is a Solution to North Korea” it states, “Whether North Korea’s latest bomb test was a true hydrogen bomb, or a hydrogen-boosted fission bomb, it doesn’t matter, says Hecker. Kim is creating a substantial nuclear weapon pile.” This shows that even though we don’t know for sure that North Korea has a hydrogen bomb they still have a lot of resources. This is bad because a hydrogen bomb would explode with a 4 km (2.5 miles) but that’s with no wind, with wind the hydrogen bombs radius would explode a max radius of 202.777 km (126 miles).
