Pat always was an artist at heart and started drawing at a very young age. He was crafty in his work, but later found his real passion in painting homes. His talent lead him into his career of choice which he took pride in. Pat also found painting to be very therapeutic, calming, and comforting, because he got to enjoy his follow coworkers and be out doors most of the time. He was finally doing what he loved; as well as, being appreciated for his art.
The year, was 1350. Things in Florence Italy began to change. People began to become more and more self-sufficient, and started to become educated. The population was made up of about 85% serfs. But, some of the freed srefs began to migrate and pick up activities such as trade.
The Renaissance is widely viewed to be an era of different cultural changes that brought us widespread of new educational reforms. For the first time, education was considered to be an essential part of a society. To the popular thought of the Renaissance, the people who were educated in the Greek classics and with a standard knowledge of mathematics, philosophy ,and literature would be the ones who would bring the advances of human civilization. However, as the Renaissance went on, the popularity of education declined, and education once again became a luxury for only certain people. The renaissance education came from being a guide to the true meaning to a great luxury.(document 1).

Study of the classicals, mostly the Greco-Romans, were increasingly popular among the people of Europe; humanism was then starting to take shape. In the Renaissance the values and purposes of education was emphasized by humanists, who wants to use it to improve society, economic increased, and above all, to be able to restore religious beliefs.
In contrast, in the book The Glass Castle by Jeannette Walls, Lori, Jeannette’s older sister became an artist. It was her childhood dream and she pursed it to the end. In contrast to my approach, Lori avidly strived to be an artist despite what others would say. “‘I’m only telling you this because I love you,” he said, (Lori’s father) “ And I don’t want to see you hurt’”
From the fifteenth century to the seventeenth centuries society experienced a shift from the Middle Ages to the Renaissance. During this time Europe underwent many significant changes that were often expressed through the historical art. Passionate and experienced artists used their skills to create masterpieces that would highlighted these changes and led to the success of their careers. During this shift Medieval point of views began to fade away and a new Era full of new perspectives began to form. The Renaissance was known by many as the rebirth of the humanist culture.

“Art is a great way to express myself and to exercise the mind in a much more interesting way than reading” Johnathon says whenever he is asked why he loves drawing so much. His favorite things to draw are superheroes the most recent one he has worked on was a character he saw called night wing while his nephew was watching cartoons. He puts tremendous effort in all of his drawings which usually end up looking phenomenal. This spawned an inevitable future. By drawing stories that had already been written I started to then make my own stories and characters. Drawing became part of my identity. Both in my family and at school I was identified as an “artsy kid.”

After visiting the North Carolina Museum of Art, I carefully analyzed a variety of Art pieces that interest me and related to one another in some way. Between the pieces that I chose, these images carefully influenced me with the look, message, mood, and meaning of the art work. Not for nothing, these art pieces influence me in many ways, but the most important part is that these artworks all illustrate art and illusion. They all portray a symbolic meaning in their display and visual impact. All the pieces included in my analysis greatly demonstrates Trompe I’oeil, Two dimensional, Three dimensional, and Fresco to give the viewer clear examples of illusionism.
Art during the renaissance During the Renaissance, there was a lot of artworks and creations. The art varied from paintings to sculptures. some of the famous artists during this time were Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, Raphael, and Donatello. These artists have created amazing works and have more than likely inspired many artists around the world today. These artists have created a huge impact on the importance of art along with giving more of a historic background.
When I rough in the draft by pencils, I feel excited about the pretty lines and graphic elements. They are sexy like women and they are soft like the moon light. They can be everything I want to be. They are under my control. Sometimes I hate myself that with my limitation of art and my disappointing painting skills, I fail to catch the most wonderful sight of the perfect show in my mind even
