BACKGROUND Knowing the background of the job of interest not only provides an upper hand but an idea of what type of atmosphere it has been throughout the years. Knowing the history, key individuals, purpose statement and values, and mission statements can sometimes persuade applicants to apply for a job with the institution. Encountering this information has become much easier with the use of the internet and search engines. History “Texas A&M University and Prairie View A&M University were first founded as land-grant colleges in 1876,” years later the A&M system was established in 1948 by the Texas Legislature.
Why is it important for colleges to have a mission statement? It is important for college universities to have mission statements because it indicates what the college academic policy offers students. Mission statements should provide the organization’s purpose and sense of direction while making the university look attractive within the organization to incoming students. A successful mission statement should be able to covey ethos, pathos and logos in some sort of way which will be used in principles of the mission statements. Introduction It is important to understand the organization has a shared vision and must work together (although process and programs may be different) to achieve a common goal. For example, in an educational organization the goal may be to produce college and career ready students. The organization will expect stakeholders to foster academic excellence with rigor. Another way to meet this goal is to develop trade skills using programs and processes within the organization. A third focus may be intense professional development for stakeholders to also reach the goal.
There are several components of motivation in leadership of an organization. Nonprofit Motivational Style states that, “Nonprofit managers’ motivational styles fall into five different categories that vary in their relationships with their job satisfaction, job involvement, and pride working for the current organization, (Chen, pg. 17, 2014).” One of the theoretical foundation of motivation that applies to the contributions of empowering the Girlz Netwerk Non-Profit Organization goal setting. Observing the work of the leaders and members of Girlz Netwerk it was clear that setting goals and seeing them through is a priority for everyone. The significance of education cannot be stated enough, which is an investment to a better future. Getting an education is one of the most powerful things a person can ever obtain. It is crucial to the overall development of the individual and the society as a whole. When individuals do not have the option of getting an education due to the cost of the schools as well as the lack of schools itself. For those living in poverty it can be difficult to earn the same amount of education as other people who are considered middle or high class.
Strategic purpose is something needed, because this allows the performance management to meet the organizational needs of revenue, or direct competition with their competitors. Administration purpose this allows the company to make important administrative decisions. Without and effective system, making salary, promotion, and retention decisions would be very hard. Finally, the three general purpose would be developmental purpose.

Education is most vital among all of us. Education plays a very important role in our lives. For living an expensive life or for living a better life, you should be educated. Education is that which converts a person to live a superior life and even in a social well-being. Education is the one that doing something useful in our coming future.
The purpose of education is to create the “catalyst”, - the interest, the imagination, the self-confidence, the enthusiasm for further knowledge that helps a person grow beyond what they believe they can be. Education should help develop skills and knowledge, so students can be productive members of society. The more knowledge you have, the more opportunities you have in life. I think back to my childhood and the teachers that made an impact in my life. I want to be that catalyst for students.
Education is necessary for all students. It is a tool which can be used to enhance one's learning and to provide students with experiences inside the classroom to prepare them for later in their life. Teachers are an indispensable figure in the classroom and are called as leaders of the next generation. Everything done in the classroom helps develop children into the citizens they will become. It is essential to understand that students have difference in need, ability, and success rate, but they are all special in their own way.
But, among all the above factors, the teacher has the most important role for efficient and quality learning. Markley (2011) stated that Good and qualified teachers are essential for efficient functioning of educational systems and for enhancing the quality of learning. A good teacher and actions to be taken on his part in the classroom play a vital role in provoking effective and efficient learning on the part of the students. Parents trust their children to be taught and educated at school, to be hoped that they will become good and qualified human beings. A teacher takes an important role in motivating the students to get their success in their life.
