Intelligence is something that an individual can have based of their actions. No matter how little or small it maybe. Wisdom is something that can be something you never learned or something you already know. No matter how many people your actions may affect. You’re still making a change for yourself and others.In Homer’s” The Odyssey,” Odysseus shows intelligence by creating a plan to escape the cyclops, coating his ear from the Sirens song, and listing to Athena during this voyage. While traveling back home to Ithaca, Odysseus comes up with a plan to escape The Cyclops.When Odysseus and his men come upon the land of the cyclops. As the cyclops was getting himself together he spotted the men and asked them a few questions. In despite he ate two of the men and later ate two more. After watching the men get ate Odysseus planned to get back at Polyphemus. Odysseus got him so drunk that he fell into a slumber. While he was sleeping Odysseus and his men stabbed a sharpen tree into his eye. Since the cyclops was blind he could see that Odysseus and his men was tied to his herd of sheep. Which they escaped on them when Polyphemus let the heard out in the morning. Instead of trying to escape and getting caught Odysseus and his crew made it out without no harm. If I didn’t it could’ve lead them into danger with other cyclops. Which was a smart thing to avoid dealing with. On the other hand, since Odysseus wise plan lead him to great escape. It leads on to a new trail with him and his men. When Odysseus makes a trip to Aeaea he spends a night with Circe. She tells him about complications and gives him advice on the voyage traveling home. Before approaching the land of the Sirens, he followed two steps to avoid the Sirens
