Within Intelligent Outdoor Solution Providers there are strategic planning processes that need to be addressed and goal and objectives that needs to be met after the development of the iBusTime app for a successful execution of the iBusTime app and smooth operation of the company. • Location and Building Facilities:

Our marketing and promotion activities will run the first two months of every season, in order to raise awareness about our app among new comers (students and workers) and visitors/tourists. For marketing and promotions, we have estimated C$3,000 to be spent on the first year.
• Internal and Outsourced Employee Wages:
By July 2017, we will have already hired three internal employees: two customer service representatives and one internal quality assurance specialist to oversee the overall network and server operations. Estimated salaries for a year will be C$53,693, about C$17,897.67/year for each employee.
• Upgrade and Maintenance of iBusTime App, Servers, Computers:
There will be a yearly upgrade and quarterly maintenance carried out on the iBusTime app, servers, and the computers. Emergency repairs have also been taken into consideration. For this maintenance and these upgrades, our internal quality assurance specialist will work with our outsourced specialists and also be paid specially for the upgrades and maintenance jobs.
