During the interview, he said that almost all the factories do not really have a stable supplier, the percentage of the flexible is around 30% up to 70%. The reason is that the cost could be more flexible, and another reason is that after they got the order, their clients need to identify the material in keeping with the rules. Usually, we would think that if I have a long contract relationship with some supplier, then the cost for the material could keep the cost down, but in fact, when the company only have one supplier, it would be hard to bargain, also if the supplier cut the supply, the hold system will be effect.
