Work Order Objective ISD seeks to implement an effective ISD Business Partners Program to provide the customer service and strategic partnership that ISD customers need to succeed. Work Order Statement of Work Tasks and Deliverables Contractor shall work closely with County Project Team, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Technical Staff, knowledgeable in each of the targeted areas, to complete the Tasks and Deliverables and provide feedback or revisions. Contractor shall develop an operating model for Business Partner Team identifying flows, processes, actions, escalation paths, interactions, and decision rights. Contractor shall develop an operating manual that serves as “playbook” for role, use and understanding by Business Partners team as well as peers and colleagues. Contractor shall conduct a talent assessment and create a talent development plan with a focus on the basic skill types of business, technical, and executive skills.
