We are in great sorrow of the pass of Jeremy Hernandez. Who passed on August 31, 2017. Jeremy was 14 years old when he died. He was born on April 8, 2003. His parents are Cheryl Yokoyama and Jeremy Hernandez. Jeremy has over 6 siblings, 4 sisters and 2 brothers. One of his sisters just graduated high school and is now in college. When Jeremy was in the 3rd grade Orchestra was introduced and he played the violin for a year till the 4th grade. During 4th grade, he played the Trumpet and enjoyed playing it since it had a beautiful tone. But when he got older he change his instrument to Euphonium and Trombone. These instruments had such a pleasing and an intense sound when you played extremely loud or peacefully quiet and was obsessed with the sound and would practice everyday till his face got worn out. But if he had a horrendous sound he would practice even extra hard. Video games were also his other favorite hobby. Jeremy played video games almost every day. His favorite game series was The Legend of Zelda since his mom would play that a lot when he was younger. These were two of Jeremy’s favorite hobbies. During middle school Jeremy had many classes he enjoyed and disliked. His favorite class was Concert Band because he enjoyed playing his instrument. Also it gave him a chance to make friends and also improve his skills on his instruments. The class that Jeremy disliked and struggled was P.E. because he hated doing push ups and sit ups. Jeremy wasn’t very good at sports so he didn’t want to embarrass himself in front of everyone. Also in P.E. he did not have a lot of friends and was not very social.
