The paper will explain how she impacted the world, as well as expanding children’s imaginations. Also, this will explain how she helped bring back the genre of “fantasy.” Additionally, this will cover how she is the best author of the twenty-first century, and there will be a summarization of each of the books in Harry Potter. She was born on July 31, 1965, which is the same month and day as Harry Potter in her most famous series of books. Rowling is the best author of the twenty-first century. She is the United Kingdom’s best-selling author, having around $238 million in sales. The last book in her Harry Potter series broke a world record previously set and broken by the three before, selling 11 million copies on the first day it was released. She was honored with the Legion d’honneur by the French government and Order of the British Empire for her literary contribution to the world. Harry Potter grew up on Privet Drive with his Aunt Petunia, Uncle Vernon, and Cousin Dudley. A dark wizard named Voldemort murdered Harry’s parents when he was a boy. When he turns eleven, a series of confusing events occur, and a giant named Hagrid tells Harry he is a wizard and he is to go to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
