This personal attribute, will allow you to understand important functions, features and information regarding your job. Furthermore, if a technical problem was to occur in the workplace, a skilled employee will be able to find a solution to the issue, saving valuable time. For instance, if a computer broke down, a technically able employee will be able to fix it. Employers value this attribute, because it establishes that employees have the knowledge and qualifications to complete a specific job, which will enable them to complete more difficult tasks, leading to profitability for the company.
