Job-related eg technical knowledge; Technical knowledge is the understanding needed to perform specific tasks. For example, a web designer must be knowledgeable in HTML 5 and CSS3, to allow the designer to successfully create websites. This personal attribute, will allow you to understand important functions, features and information regarding your job. Furthermore, if a technical problem was to occur in the workplace, a skilled employee will be able to find a solution to the issue, saving valuable time. For instance, if a computer broke down, a technically able employee will be able to fix it. Employers value this attribute, because it establishes that employees have the knowledge and qualifications to complete a specific job, which will enable them to complete more difficult tasks, leading to profitability for the company. Also, having this attribute gives workers the understanding to solve technical problems, which increasing the accuracy of work by reducing mistakes.
