Couple years ago Jon Jones was considered to be one of the most outstanding and exciting fighter in mixed martial art history, at the same time he has been criticized in so many ways concerning his defiant behaviour off the Octagon (fighting cage) . Jonathan Dwight Jones is an American mixed martial artist, well known as “Jon Jones”, he gained respect in 2011 and 2017 when he won the Ultimate Fighting Championship title, plus the interim title in 2016, he's seen as the greatest fighter throughout the world because of the longest strikes win in sport history with 22 wins and one loss by disqualification for using illegal elbow. Not doubt we all would condemn the use of performance-enhancing substances to a professional athlete which is cheating and disrespectful act to the fans . Let's not forget the fact that Ultimate Fighting Championship ( UFC ) fighters have ceaseless drug tests prior the fight and afterward,especially Jones who has never failed drug test on his last 20 fights which make totally sense, and demystify possible connection between Jones use of performance-enhancing drugs (PED). As jones said on his latest post on twitter “ ..the truth is I would never do steroids, I put that on my children and I put that on my heavenly father” Performance-enhancing drugs is nothing new in sports particularly in Mixed Martial Art (MMA), the statistics show at least 50% to 60% Ultimate fighting Championship fighter use PED which is not a good act , but the case here is ; even though Jones had been using any kind of substance to put himself in such level he is today , he should not be treated as the waste or weakest athlete in sport. In fact the World Anti-Doping Agency should be more aware and prepare to prevent such similar case to happen several time by banning these
