He is remembered as one of the most elaborate scammers of all time, one of the smartest thieves ever known, and one of the richest stockbrokers to touch Wall Street. Jordan not only influenced Wall Street but also opened the eyes of the whole world to penny stocks and highway robbery throughout the world.

Danny was Jordan’s partner in crime and got all the charges Jordan did after the frauds took place. Jordan had a strong drug and sex addiction during his time as a stockbroker but has overcome this and now preaches about getting past bad times like this. His drug addiction originated from his first boss that told him cocaine and other drugs were completely necessary for this industry. He then continued believing in this throughout his whole career and influenced many other people that worked for him to do similar drugs. He put an end to this after one day he physically harmed his wife and tried to take custody of his kid after his wife said she was divorcing him. Jordan has written many books to this date about his life, the bad things he has done, and his recovery process. The first book is about his life and the life of Stratton Oakmont, this is called The Wolf of Wall Street.
