In the article The Rights of a Woman Do Not Outweigh the Rights of a Child, it informs many women with true information about abortion. It quotes, “What is at stake in abortion is the mother’s lifestyle, as opposed to the baby’s life.” By becoming a pregnant woman they have to choice for themselves and the baby. The information this article gives woman is explaining how abortion affects babies not just them. However, abortion is a lifetime decision, “ In nearly all abortions, the woman’s right to live is not an issue, because her life is not in danger.” A baby who has not full developed cannot defend itself, but they should have a mother who can. It quotes, “Rebuttal #2: Pregnancy is a much different experience than the analogy depicts. Rebuttal #3: Even when pregnancy is unwanted or difficult, it is a temporary condition.” As of number two rebuttal pregnancies are different than the analogy because women fantasies about what they think it will be and not what the situation really is. Rebuttal three tells women how pregnancy is painful for the delivery part but those nine months are just temporary and abortion is permit. “Rebuttal #4: In this scenario, mother and child are pitted against each other as enemies. Rebuttal #5: The child’s presence during pregnancy is rarely more inconvenient than his presence after birth. #6: Even when there is no felt obligation, there is sometimes real obligation.” Rebuttal four, five, and six are all true, however, the scenario is an image many mothers can picture and see the results. Five is very common; the burden of a child is what most mothers should want rather than killing their own child. Lastly, six tells how many mothers want better for their child. A child should bring happiness and show what the mother has been missing
