It was a stormy day in Rome and the conspirators knew today was the day to kill Caesar. Caesar was at home with his wife Calpurnia and she begged him not to go to the capital because she had a dream that something bad was going to happen to caesar. He told her that he would not go out and she was pleased. Than the conspirators and Antony showed up at his house and persuaded him to go to the capital. On his way there was two people that tried to stop him from going, but he ignored them and went on his way. When they all got into the capital one was talking to Marc Antony and both left the room. The conspirators made a fake argument and when they got close enough to Caesar they stabbed him. After Julius Caesar's death, Antony give the more successful speech in order to persuade the crowd into being on his side because he interacted with the crowd more, showing more emotions, and the way he read caesar's will to the crowd. …show more content…

He talked to them like he had known all of them for years and they were like old friends. He also knows how to talk to the crowd. He knows what they want to hear and what they don't want to hear.
