The children are greatest gift of almighty to humanity and personal as well as public assets. The young people are the foundation of the society because the future achievement of the society lies in their hands. The period of youth is mostly an important because the manner and values formed during this time may be fixed for the rest of one’s life. The outline of the future human society shall be determined by their mental and physical well-beings. The Children (young people) should be allowed and provided likelihood to grow up to become robust and obedient citizens, physically well, psychologically alert and morally healthy, capable with skills and activations needed by the society at large. This age group has certain characteristics, especially during the stage of adolescence. For example, its member often experience anxiety, rapid biological, moral and sexual development, and host of external factors, making them susceptible to delinquency. Equal opportunities for maturity to all children during period of growth should be provided for dropping unfairness and ensuring social justice, which in turn would serve as an effective toll to curtail delinquency in juveniles.
