Globalization is the integration of world trade and market tied to linking into the single unit. It can be seen as the network in the structural perspective as well; ‘localism’ or ‘locality’ is the word of powerful because it is also attached with the terms, state, sovereignty, distribution of power, market, trade, individual, and authority. When the state uses its own power which means that state can use the violence as well in order to achieve the goals of being survived which is the state or reason d’état (reason of the state). This violence can be abuse of power to marginalize the marginal or the minorities groups of people who lived under protect or any other state-status or citizenship by the state. So the question is ‘Is it right for Globalization that can bring about the terms ‘Global Intervention’ towards Statelessness of being marginalized people by the localization of the state. The reason to raise this question because globalizational force is the force that can reduce the risk of genocide by the guarantee of Responsibility to Protect (R2P) or international community pushed forward the issue of international humanitarian standards in order to protect the life of marginal people whom severely almost destroyed under the name of state sovereignty and they are hopeless to …show more content…

The relationship between statelessness and intervention can be seen as the compound characteristics and look alike the twin brothers. The ignited questions to ask are that “Is this intervention either the consequence of being statelessness or the statelessness is the consequence of intervention?” For the first half of such question, the intervention normally responds to the abuse of power by the state and human rights violation of the oppressors, the international humanitarian organization such as the United Nations or UNHCR will solve the problem by raising the issue for the international community to make decision on the R2P or the Responsibility to Protect the marginal groups of people whom affected from conflicts and war alongside borders and inside the state. The challenges to solve this problem will be the contribution of the state which reluctant to weaken its sovereignty and let the international community to get involves to make a solution for the raising issues, because of the state still tied strongly with the concept of the Westphalian state that uphold the absolute power of the state itself (sovereignty). However, the force of Globalization can soften this power. For the second half of the question is more interesting part to look at. The statelessness is the consequence of the intervention? This question is complicated because of the chronology
