Power is not an object, nor is it a verb. It is a feeling. An action. Power can both destroy and save lives. Power is “the capacity or ability to direct or influence the behavior of others or the course of events.” Today, this “ability” is being abused by those who have this privilege. Boss tweed once said “The way to have power is to take it.” There are many different ways in which it is being abused and many people who are abusing it. I will discuss how power is being abused through political leaders, military officers, and life-to-life people. One of the most powerful person in the world is Kim Jong Un.
