Kiss History

If you have been to a Kiss concert you better be prepared for their glam. Four guys from New York had an amazing impact on rock and roll with their makeup and platform shoes. Kiss had pioneered glam into rock and roll, they also earned a lot of awards and got a place in the hall of fame, they also are one of the best bands ever. When four guys came together to get something going for them they did it big. Chiam and Stan decided to create a new band after Wicked Lester ended. After they added Paul Frehley and George Criscuola they just wanted attention. They also wanted people to pay attention to their music (Lowe,2004). After their band crashed two guys decided to make a new one. When two more guys joined all they wanted was fame. It all started when the members of Kiss were kids. Ace went to see a band called The Who and that was the point where he wanted to do music. But when they were in their teen years they became really fascinated with rock music plus they all lived in New York (Stambler, 1974). When Ace saw this one band he thought they were really good and wanted to be like them. It really got kicked off when they were in their late teen years. They all made solo albums by themselvs. The good thing about the albums is that they all placed in the top 50. But Gene got his to the 22nd spot(Phillips &Cogan,2018). They also had a live album called called Alive with a hit song named Rock and Roll All Nite(Stambler,1974). Then of course every band has to go on tour so they went on one called World Domiation Tour. The tour started Hartford, Connectieut August 2003(Phillips &Cogan,2018). Kiss had some LPs but the most known two are Kiss Unmasked and Destroyer(Stambler,1974). Alive was the fourth album in their serious and it was also a live
