It was 8:07, Saturday morning, when I awoke to an insufferable rapping on my door. I tried to ignore it, and sleep, but the knocking persisted. This went on for no less than thirty minutes, until, it suddenly stopped. The abrupt silence was unnerving. I sat up in my bed, wondering if they had finally given up, and gone away. I sat there, for several minutes, waiting to see if it started again, and was about to lie back down, until I heard heavy footsteps, on the other side of my wall. Believing that someone was about to break in, I quickly crawled under my bed, so as not to be seen. The footsteps got closer and closer, louder and louder, and stopped right outside of my room. Then, with a crash, he busted through my wall, and shouted,”Oh yeah!” with this, I stuck my head out from under my bed, and after the dust settled, I saw that it was Kool-Aid Man! In complete and utter shock, I jumped out from under my bed, but other than that I was only able to stand there slack jawed. Kool-Aid Man then said,” You’ve won a free cruise, fill a duffle bag with what you need, because we are leaving right now,” and with that he went outside and headed for my driveway. In a crumpled heap, on the ground was a bloody, beaten body. Kneeling next to them to tell if they were alive, I immediately started CPR to try and resuscitate her, but, unfortunately, I was unable too. Using the ship phone, I called for help, and it arrived shortly. A crowd amassed around the body, people wondering who did it, why, and whether or not they were next. Since I was the closest thing to a witness, and I had been studying criminal investigation, I took the lead on the murder. I was able to conclude that the victim had been Stacy Reynolds, and she had been killed by a heavy metal object, such as a wrench or a piece of pipe, hitting her in the back of the head and she had also been beaten after the initial blow to finish the
