We conducted general research on KYOU Beauty Salon by utilizing its official website. From the site, we discovered information about its wide array of services, its employees, and general information about their service promoted and price range. We’ve also looked at their competition within the vicinity, and viewed their services and websites to determine what KYOU has to do externally as well as internally. Furthermore, we found regulations in Nevada regarding employment but found that the information provided did not address engagement or satisfaction in a way that would be beneficial; however, we did find certain factors in employee dress and acceptable action regulations that may deter their work engagement. Furthermore, a member of our group helped promote KYOUS as a beauty queen on its opening and remains a good relationship with the salon. The salon therefore provided us with knowledge on the daily routine of the staff and has allowed us to conduct the interviews mentioned below, thus giving information to help fix said
