Power can change people miraculously. It can mold one into a totally different person and change their way of living. When one is given the opportunity to be granted with inexplicable amounts of power, they may go through extreme measures to withstand this ranking. Written by Shakespeare, the play Macbeth imitates this idea purely. Lady Macbeth suffers a tragic flaw which is lust for power. Her being overly ambitious and having greed for power triggers her to have a dramatic downfall.
