Government in the US has allowed American people to own firearms legally to protect themselves; however, it has caused critical social problems. According to the article, Las Vegas Shooting: 59 Killed and More Than 500 Hurt Near Mandalay Bat, on October 1, 2017, the worst mass shooting incident occurred in Las Vegas, USA. There were 22,000 people enjoying a music festival and the perpetrator started to shoot from a hotel which is behind of the open place for the concert. At that time, the perpetrator owned 23 guns, and as a result, 59 people were killed including the perpetrator and 546 people were injured.
