Even though carrying guns puts everyone at risk, it’s a good idea now a days to be able to carry around a gun. First of all, the state gun law includes background checks, waiting periods, and registration to purchase or sell guns. Doing background checks on people could easily let them know if they have a mental condition. 43 out of 50 states have a “right to bear arms.” Since, there has been at least 126 mass shootings between January 2000 and July 2014.
