The LACC works with the food and clothing bank, their involvement delivers great impact to those who are in need of that service. The focus of the Latin American community center is to help individuals with any type of problem. -There are standardized documents in the system that allow certain staff such as directors and leaders of a (certain) program to enter new clients and document on existing ones. The system is both and digital. -The program offered determines who has access to client files. For example the case manager, a coordinator or a teacher will have access verses the people who assist them (vice president, secretary, and/ or aide). Everyone was really kind and willing to help if I needed it. Using your senses, what was your overall opinion about the agency? Did it seem clean, organized, and well maintained? The agency was very organized and clean, nothing was out of place, and all objects were accessible. All information from the clients is safely put away and only available to certain people. One day we had a fire drill and it was easy to find the emergency items and all doors were accessible for the children to use. Everyone was on guard and making sure the children crossed the street safely. What is your opinion about staff morale? Did staff seem happy to be there? Did they work as a team? Did they seem to care about their job? I have observed the people I work with and find employees to be happily satisfied with their jobs, the outlook is phenomenal in the way it helps all sorts of people, and the well-being of each employee is taken care of. When the children will take bathroom breaks, there will be two teachers who will work together and make sure all the children were safe and needs were
