Laws should not restrict gun rights. Laws shouldn’t have to restrict gun control because of the stupid people that is in this world. Guns are not the problem, it’s the stupid people that is causing most of the deaths. Guns shouldn’t be banned because it helps keep us safe and it also helps with us getting food while we are in the woods. Guns shouldn’t be banned because it is apart of the 2nd amendment and it can 't be changed. If you would ban guns it would infringe the 2nd amendment. Other people will think that they should be banned, but guns aren 't the only things hurting us, it 's the crazy people in this world that causes it too. Some people may say that guns shouldn’t be allowed in America, but the only way that they could be allowed is if they have a paper saying that they are allowed to have it. This is why we shouldn’t be allowed to have guns and why they should be banned. Guns shouldn’t be banned because if they were we wouldn’t be able to protect ourselves and use them while we are in the woods to get our food that we need to survive. They have also been apart of our culture since the first colored person came to the United States which was to Jamestown, Virginia.
