But as well the community lets their leader to become whom they want to rule by. The novel Lord of the Flies by William Golding is a novel about school boys and their hunger of power and the narcissism of the boys. As well their views of leadership and oppression towards other boys. The novel Animal Farm by George Orwell is a novel about an oppressing leader, Napoleon, and his views of how society should run and creating dystopian farm. Leaders are usually the ones that create rules and policies, but if a leader removes the rights of a population that creates disaster in a community. In Animal Farm Napoleon is making animals to work long hours, cut their rations by half and executes anyone that he doesn't like.
