A few years ago, I stumbled upon a book by Susan Cain named “Quiet.” It’s about “the power of introverts in a world that can’t stop talking” (Cain, 2012). In her blog, she highlights the leadership styles of Gandhi and Rosa Parks; she believes they were influential because they were reflective, great listeners, and led by example.
