You made some interesting points; particularly about ensuring your bosses are aware of your existence. How do you feel that those who do not want to be visible by their superiors? A few years ago, I stumbled upon a book by Susan Cain named “Quiet.” It’s about “the power of introverts in a world that can’t stop talking” (Cain, 2012). In her blog, she highlights the leadership styles of Gandhi and Rosa Parks; she believes they were influential because they were reflective, great listeners, and led by example. Gandhi was a transformational leader because he was humble; his flowerers could relate to him. He was powerful because he was open to new ideas and opinions from his flowerers; he didn’t think his way was the only way, or the “right”
