Lebron Raymone James is the greatest basketball player of all time. He is the son of Gloria Marie James. Lebron received national attention as one of the top high school basketball players in the United States. He was born December 30, 1984 in Akron, Ohio. He was recruited by St. Vincent-St. Mary High School in 1998, and he joined their team and played in the 1999-2000 season. James had a passion for football and he loved the game, but his talents was better at basketball, so he gave up football and went even harder on the hardwood floor.
Back when james was a young he was not in a stable home, his grandmother died December 25, 1987. James and his young mother gloria had to pretty much survive on their own. James dad really wasn’t in his life to help him nor be that father figure in his life. James and his mother went from house to house, apartment to apartment. He missed 70 plus days of school and a high school kid. A man name Mr. Frank took james and helped turn james life around for the good. After he moved in with Mr. Frank he started making better grades, and he also was at school everyday and he made his mother proud by doing the right thing while she was getting things situated for the family. …show more content…

Vincent-St. Mary his freshman year alongside with 3 other players Sian Cotton, Willie McGee, and Dru Joyce III. They was named the Fab Four, these guys played on a AAU team called Shooting Stars. Those guys played all over the world and james had got national ranked off of it. The Fab Four added another young man to the group name Romeo Travis, They now moved their name to the Fab Five. The Fab Five played AAU and high school ball together all four years. Those guys built not only a relationship, but built a family and a bond that can’t be broken. In 2001 james and his team won the state championship that year with a 26-1 record. James won 3 state titles out of 4 and was named top high school team in the
