Post Reflection for Project #2

For this project, I had to used to Rhetorical Knowledge, Critical thinking, reading and Process to finish my letter for the dean of the Fulton School. I needed to make sure my audience is able t tell what the problem is and be able to see why my solution is the best from the three that I wrote about and why, they should take interest and help implement it at school. I used process by writing couple different forms of the professional letter and reviewing it and adding to it, for example, I did not introduce my the dean in my article, but after the instructor told me about this mistake, I had to go back and make it go smoothly and add more details to make it better. that what I had after the revision, “ I am writing you this letter, because you are the Fulton …show more content…

As the Dean you represent all of the engineering students at ASU and have the power to help implement my solution for the problem.” As you can see I went back and added a smooth introduction about my audience and made sure it is not forced in the letter or out of place. I used the critical thinking by reading different sources to find good document to prove my points or show how bad stress is. Also, I used it in making my multimedia part of the project. I went through couple of flyers for stress and anxiety and try to come up with a good idea that could actually work for computer engineers. Rhetorical Knowledge came in the form of use the knowledge and the mistakes, I did in the first project and tried to not repeat them in this project and improve my writing skills. Also, I wanted to tried to make sure, my main audience is clear by using Rhetorical Knowledge and that my letter shows, I am mainly talking to the dean about my fellow undergraduate students at the Fulton School.
