The quote “little things are big” from Yogi Berra effectively captures the major theme of The Tipping Point — that small changes can make a great difference. This theme is expressed repeatedly, and even stated explicitly when the author, Malcolm Gladwell, writes, “It was only a small change. But a small change is often all that it takes.” (131).
