The loch ness monster is alive and hiding in the loch ness lake. For many years people have wondered about the mystery monster in the scotland lake of loch ness. There have been many sightings but no one has 100% proof that it is real. I am going to prove that it is real.

There have been many alleged sightings of the loch ness monster. Students in Scotland have been studying these sightings and found “The earliest evidence dating back to 500 A.D. when stones had carvings of an aquatic animal in them.” (“This Day In History”). The loch ness monster could easily be alive with the density of the lake being 800 feet deep and 23 miles long. Back in the dinosaur age many beast looked how the loch ness monster is portrayed. The loch ness monster could have escaped the ice age by going to the depths where it has been hiding ever since.the last sign of the loch ness monster was in the 1990’s and a reward of 20,000 pounds was offered for the monster.

The loch ness monster is believed to be an existing plesiosaurs that survived the ice age. A way the monster could’ve done this was by swimming upstream to warmer waters and hiding in a underwater cave “The cave is believed to be 812ft which has been dubbed Nessie's Lair.” (“Daily Mirror”). Many people believe the loch ness monster “could just be a pod of dolphins or a whale” (“The Daily Beast”) because many whales and creatures have washed up on the shore. If there were more mammals that big the loch ness monster could be feeding off of them when they come into the lake. If the ocean mammals are coming in though the loch ness monster could also have left and gone to the ocean. Many people believe the loch ness monster survived the ice age and has been living in deeper warm waters. Even if it had survived the ice age it would be dead by now unless there was more than
