In general, a lone wolf is an animal or a person that lives or spends time alone instead of joining into a group. As a person, a lone wolf is an individual who prefers solitude, expresses introversion, or works alone. A lone wolf prefers to work alone when making decisions and setting goals, has little patience for group process, sees others as less effective, and seldom values others’ ideas (Dixon, Gassenheimer, Barr,2013). Lone wolf is an individual that prefers to do things by him or herself, an individual who doesn’t care for having cooperation with another individual.
