In his second presidential inauguration, Abraham Lincoln mentions that part of the cause of the civil war was due to the slave’s interests. He also talks about a plan that he has which involves the ending of the problems beginning by providing assistance to those who were adversely affected by the war. The primary objective of his strategy was to attain peace both within the state and also with other countries. The Almighty is mentioned in a bigger proportion of this address, and he points out that it is ironic for people to read the same Bible and yet seek to use other people (slaves) for their benefit.
