Luther's Court Case Analysis

On Tuesday 03/15/2016 1752 hours I went to Shirley Luther's residence on Patton Road (Apaloosa Acres) to talk with Shirley Luther, in reference to this case.

I told Luther I was Detective Wondra with the Barton County Sheriff Office and asked if she remembered me from other cases that I have been to her house on, Luther did not understand me. I asked Luther if she understood why I was here. Luther told me she suppose on account of those guys. I told Luther yes, it is on account of those guys. I asked Luther when they came to your house this morning, and they did come to your house this morning and Luther said, yes. I asked Luther if she knew when they came, and she looked over at her hired hand, Martin Villalobos. I told Luther he has already told us, Luther looked at Villlobos and said, do you know what time they came.

Luther said, the one guy had been there last year and he just reminded her he worked there last year. Villalobos said, it was 2 or 3 years ago he was here. Luther said, it was just like a day or two. I asked Luther what did he want to do. Luther asked Villlobos what did they do out at the barn did they paint something. I asked Luther if they told her they were going to paint something and she said uh huh. I asked Luther if she remembers what they were going to paint and she told me she does not pay much attention. Luther looked at Villalobos and asked him if those guys say anything to you, and he said,
