Lying is Never the Right Thing to Do
There are many things wring in the world today. People lie, sue over anything, steal, and break things on purpose. However, the biggest issue in this world is lying. People will literally lie about almost anything. They’ll lie under oath, to get attention, and to get government help so that they do not have to spend as much money on food, health insurance, and even housing. Lying is never the right thing to do, it leads to more lies, it is a waste of time and energy, and it causes mistrust.
Lying will always lead to more lies in the end. This is because one "white" lie can lead to a series of lies to cover the first one. Doing so can sooner, or later, make one not a dependable person due to the fact that …show more content…

Doing so can get so tiring, and they could either slip up about that lie and look bad, or add even more lies to the previous lie which would keep the game of coming up with even more lies going. The wise tale always say that if you keep telling yourself something, that it is doomed to happen, which could mean that one retelling a lie constantly can result in the liar believing the lie, and start to live as if the lie was completely true.
The biggest reason why you should not lie is because it causes mistrust, and one does not want to be that person that is labeled as a liar. One you are labeled a liar it is very hard to get rid of. It will always affect relationships: such as friendships, relationships with family members, relationships with coworkers, and relationships with significant others. This can, and will cause trouble with keeping friends, and, or partners, and one may end up all alone in this world.
Honestly it is not hard to just tell the truth. The truth may hurt sometimes and be scary telling, but it will not hurt as much as being labeled as “the liar”. No one wants to end up all alone in the end. Just tell the truth. It will make the world a better place. If one tells the truth, then everyone will start to tell the truth.
